Our Moving Process
Getting a Quote
- Submit an enquiry online or call us at 0427 014 711 to provide information about your move. For a fixed price, provide details like your item list, access restrictions, locations and moving date.
- Assuming your move qualifies for our fixed pricing, we'll provide you with a transparent fixed price - but if the hourly comes out cheaper on the day, you'll get the hourly instead!
Booking a Time
- Once you're happy with the price, we’ll work with you to find a suitable time for your move.
- To secure your booking, we’ll send you payment details for a fully refundable $50 deposit.
- Once the deposit is received, we’ll send you a booking confirmation with all the details of your move.
Before Moving
- Ensure your items are packed, fragile items protected, and boxes labeled for easy unloading. If needed, arrange elevator bookings, parking, or permits in advance.
- Let us know of any last-minute changes, especially to your item list or access details if you’ve chosen our Fixed Pricing
Moving Day
- Now’s the time to sit back and let the professionals handle the heavy lifting! Or, if you’d like to get a cheaper hourly rate, feel free to lend a hand and speed up the process.
- Make sure all packed items are ready to go, pathways are clear, and keys or access codes are available for a smooth move. If anything changes last minute, just let us know!
